Step 1: Learn about Us

The first thing you should do before applying is to learn about us.

Take time to browse our website, learning about the problems we solve, the work we do, and who we work with. Ensure all of these things align with the types of challenges you’re hoping to solve on a daily basis. 

If you’re passionate about our focus, services, and mission, then please continue to step number two below. If not, then we’re not going to be a good fit. 

Step 2: Checklist

You should be able to answer “yes” to all of the following items:

  • Do you consider yourself to be of above-average intelligence?
  • Do you agree that people perform better when surrounded by smart, hard working persons?
  • Do you embrace the idea of working remotely, and feel that you can be more productive working independently as opposed to at an office?
  • Do you like to be constantly challenged?
  • Do you actively spend time learning new things, without being asked to by someone else?

If you answered “yes” to all of the above items, that’s awesome—please proceed to the next step!

Step 4: Reach out to us

If you’ve made it through the first three steps, then we’d like to hear from you.

Create a video of yourself (not to exceed two minutes in length) speaking to the camera, explaining A) why you’re interested in learning about opportunities at Rekrewt, and B) why we should be interested in learning about you.
